Janice Conolley

Janice Conolley has served as Branch Operations Manager for all but two years since the time that Covenant Financial Strategies, Inc. officially opened in January 2014. She completed her Specialist Degree in Branch Office Administration through LPL Financial in December 2013. Janice also has 6 years’ experience as an Account Administrator for a third-party employee benefits administration company plus an additional year as an Account Administrator for other insurance brokers. During those times, she provided customer service for both clients and brokers, and attended company-sponsored training to stay current on benefits, laws, regulations and procedures.

Before moving to the insurance and financial services profession, Janice had 12 years’ experience working with patients in both surgeon and doctor offices. She was trained and certified in sensory testing at the Institute for Peripheral Nerve and had the privilege to work for a world-renowned Johns Hopkins surgeon and professor. Janice also has 6 years’ experience in the banking field, having worked at Signet Bank in Forest Hill, Maryland and Mercantile Bank in Hunt Valley Maryland.

Janice has been married for 45 years to husband Neal. They have 3 children, 2 of which are married with families of their own, and 5 grandchildren. She enjoys crocheting and canning fruits and vegetables. In the past she has served on several committees at church and school. Janice and family moved to Pennsylvania in 2005 after living in Baltimore and Harford counties since birth.
